Delivery
At present, deliveries are within the UK only. For enquiries and a quote for deliveries outside of the UK, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.
Tidal Collections will process your order within 1-3 working days. All items are then despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery is generally made by Royal Mail within 3 working days. Tidal Collections cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
Tidal Collections accepts returns within 14 days. Please notify us using the Contact Us function. No products may be returned to Tidal Collections without the prior written consent of Tidal Collections.
The buyer must arrange for the item to be returned to us and are responsible for the original and return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Products need to be returned in the original packaging.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
